大陸4日片面啟用M503北上等4條銜接航路，我方抗議要求停飛無效，中國東方航空、廈門航空等航空公司每天仍有20多架次飛機飛行，截至昨天總共已飛339班次，民航局今證實「暫不允許」繼續使用相關航路業者的春節加班機申請，合計176班兩岸春節加班機卡關、估計影響五萬名旅客。
開南大學空運管理學系副教授盧衍良表示，目前兩岸溝通協調的機制停擺，暫不予核准加班機申請，用意應在於期望雙方能就航空有關議題作整體性的通盤考量，尤其是我方關注的飛安疑慮議題，相信待雙方就有關問題一併討論後，應會有所定案。
盧衍良表示，從目前得知的航點分布來看，除了未核准的總體數量外，也要理解此並非為同一時間內瞬間短少的航班數量，係為平均分佈在一個時間範圍內的不同航點未再加班開出的航班數量，因此，應還不致造成同一航點旅客巨大衝擊。
盧衍良表示，目前距離農曆春節尚有四星期左右，兩岸尚有時間作討論協調，仍需視協商討論的結果而定。他說，春節是航班需求較高峰的時期，兩岸航線若能有較穩定供給，對旅客仍是較有利的作法，不過飛安的問題仍是我方殷切關注的重點，在供需與安全之間，仍需要一個平?點。
